Position Summary:

• Field MO shall ensure that his conduct meets the highest professional standards and professional ethics. He will also take part and ensure implementation of health promotion and protection activities.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitoring health hazards in the work environment and advice worksite management accordingly.
• Investigate all occupational illnesses occurring at work place and provide medical care to employees in accordance with company procedures.
• Report and record health incidents / illnesses.
• Promotion of occupational and public health activities through awareness sessions especially on substance abuse, smoking, balanced diet, workplace stress and regular physical activity.
• Health surveillance and screening through pre-employment/ Annual and special medical examination

Internal and External interfaces:

• Close coordination with other locations & Head Office

Required Competences/ Qualifications / Experience :

Competencies/Qualifications:

• MBBS
• 5 years of experience.
• Refresher Basic Life Support training

Behaviours:

• Sound patient handling skills.
• Empathetic and compassionate.
• Ability to make decisions quickly and stay calm under pressure.
