MPCL has complied with the requirements of SECP’s SRO 634(1)/2014, dated July 10, 2014 regarding maintenance of a functional website of the Company containing requisite information. Further, as required by the aforementioned SRO, the annual audited financial statements, reports and notices placed on the website will remain available for at least next three years.
