MPCL is dedicated to enhancing its Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices through a comprehensive training program.
To foster positive safety behaviors and attitudes, MPCL conducts sessions focused on Hearts & Minds tool kits, providing guidance on safety practices at all organizational levels. HSE Training need assessment for different levels of all staff including contractor staff has been developed.
