Brig Saad Saeed Naik (Retd) joined MPCL in October 2023 as Director Administration. He brings with him rich experience and service background, having an illustrious career spanning over three decades with the Pakistan Army. He joined the Pakistan Army’s oldest Infantry Battalion of the Baloch Regiment on commission and later served on various command, staff, and instructional appointments including, Command of an Infantry Battalion and Infantry Brigade in an Operational Area, Colonel Staff of the Infantry Division, Operational Staff in Rawalpindi and Karachi Corps HQ and Military Secretary Branch GHQ. In recognition of his meritorious services, he was awarded the Chief of Army Staff Commendation Card and Sitara-e-Imtiaz (Military). His expertise spans administration, management, operations, and security, both domestically and internationally, in diverse environments. He is a graduate of Command & Staff College Quetta, National Defence University Islamabad, and holds a master’s degree in National Security and War Studies. A firm believer in teamwork, he emphasizes hard work, leads by example, and fosters a motivated team dedicated to achieving organizational goals. He is a sports enthusiast with interests in basketball, golf, and health and wellness.
