Mr. Naseem Qamar is working as Director HSE in MPCL since November, 2021. He carries diversified technical expertise in multiple domains of Oil & Gas industry while having 23 years of working experience in operational facilities, Health, Safety, Environment & Quality, Process Safety, Sustainable Development, Production and Projects. He has worked with Pakistan Petroleum Limited and MOL Group in different management roles prior to joining MPCL. In his current role, he is managing the HSE portfolio of the organization through effective and efficient application of comprehensive HSE Management System. Assurance and safeguarding of Company’s exposure against Health, Safety, Environment and process safety risks through effective controls. He possesses degrees in Masters in Business Administration and Bachelors in Electronic Engineering.
