Industry Academia Collaboration
Collaboration between companies and the academia world has always been an important but a complex subject. By being out of touch with a university, its students and young professionals, companies become less attractive as prospective employers and often find it more challenging to recruit fresh graduates. To bridge this gap between Industry and Academia, MPCL has introduced the same as an important tool to hire trainees under “Management Trainee Programme”. The trainees selected on merit are trained, developed and exposed to innovative challenges thus equipping them with the relevant skills to make them future assets of the organization.

To encourage growth and promote talent, MPCL offers a one year fully sponsored Foreign Post-Graduate Programme to professionals who are willing to apply. The individual may opt for higher education in any specialized field of his / her broad area of academic qualification
MPCL offers internship opportunities for Graduate and Post-graduate university students every year. In order to provide an engaging medium for the students and to make the internship programme more motivational, the Best Intern Award was introduced in the year 2016-17.
