Collaboration between companies and the academia world has always been an important but a complex subject. By being out of touch with a university, its students and young professionals, companies become less attractive as prospective employers and often find it more challenging to recruit fresh graduates. To bridge this gap between Industry and Academia, MPCL has introduced the same as an important tool to hire trainees under “Mari Youth Training Program”. The trainees selected on merit are trained, developed and exposed to innovative challenges thus equipping them with the relevant skills to make them future assets of the organization.
