To encourage growth and promote talent, MPCL offers a one year fully sponsored Foreign Post-Graduate Program to professionals who are willing to apply. The individual may opt for higher education in any specialized field of his / her broad area of academic qualification.

MPCL has a passion for continuous learning and knowledge sharing, in view of the same around the year numerous in house lectures, workshops and seminars were conducted by optimally utilizing internal as well as external resource.


MPCL offers internship opportunities for Graduate and Post-graduate university students every year. This program provides an engaging medium to the students to make the internship program more blended and motivational.
