Learning and development is an ongoing process and continues throughout a professional’s career. MPCL conducts comprehensive training need analysis and arranges various trainings (foreign & local), international seminars and visits to polish the skills of the workforce and strengthen their weaknesses and minimizes gaps between individual and required job competencies.
